We are the biggest Softline Accpac business Partner In Malawi with a credit facility of up to SAR2million (two million south African Rand). We have access to the Softline Accpac Support and development Team so that in the unlikely event that we have not been able to sort a client's problem within 24 hours then we escalate to this team in South Africa through the internet. We also have access to the International Sage Accpac Knowledge base. This puts us at enviable position of timely sorting out any support incident that comes to us.
Our Accpac Training Centre in Eber House has state of the art Computers and training facilities that takes 6 delegates at time.
All Accpac support requests are closely been monitored to check whether the need to enhance our human resource is required.
